Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Invoice verification for Ocean and repositioning carriers.
• Prepare, review, and audit all inbound/outbound AP invoices to meet guidelines.
• Supervise specialists handling detention invoice processes and reporting.
• Process data from SAP and LOTS for trend analysis.
• Provide billing data to management and customers for decision making.
• Maintain timely payment communications with customers and carriers.
