Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronic/IC layout CAD specialization or related program with 10+ years of IC layout experience.
• Ability to layout analog circuitry in a size/time constrained environment.
• Understand layout techniques: common centroid, matching, isolation, and dummy devices.
• Strong problem solving, creativity, and LVS debugging skills.
• Floorplanning and chip-level assembly expertise.

Responsibilities

• Layout and verify high-performance Switches, Power Management Devices, and Integrated Products.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure circuit performance.
• Apply Cadence and Mentor tools for layout verification.
• Coordinate with remote and local teams for integration.
• Plan layouts from block to full chip level.
