Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in Marlborough, MA to support the Radar Analog and Power Department. The role focuses on analog and power electronics design, systems, and control concepts in an on-site setting.

You will design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion circuits, and work with a team to advance digital power techniques while addressing production issues and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major.
• 8+ years of design/production experience with power systems, power conversion, power distribution, sub-system design or control systems.
• Experience in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
• Experience with a schematic capture CAD package.

Responsibilities

• Develop proven designs based on system performance and specifications.
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion and related analog circuitry.
• Resolve production issues related to existing product designs.
• Advance mastery of digital power conversion concepts and develop related best practices.
• Perform design work within the project schedule and deliverables.
• Present reviews of technical data to leadership, staff, and customers; discuss related risks.
• Lead small teams to deliver on schedule, budget, and technical commitments.
• Travel to Tewksbury, Marlborough, Andover, Woburn, or Pelham as required.
