Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Senior Staff Analog Engineer to drive the architectural evolution of PMIC and mixed-signal product lines. You will lead the full development lifecycle, collaborate with customers, and mentor engineers across multicultural teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will influence product roadmaps, oversee verification and production readiness, and push for engineering methodology improvements in CMOS power management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in power management with a proven track record as a technical project lead on complex ICs in the last four years.
• Strong understanding of CMOS power management circuits and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to drive engineering initiatives and improve processes while delivering under tight schedules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for multicultural teams and customers.
• Ability to work independently as a technical lead while mentoring others and fostering collaboration.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle of analog and mixed-signal blocks and PMIC products from specification to verification.
• Act as global technical authority and mentor engineers to ensure design excellence.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and optimize performance, area, and power.
• Oversee verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation for production readiness.
• Drive company-wide engineering methodology improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Support roadmap planning and align technical advice with evolving CMOS process technologies.
