Job summary

Responsibilities include setting system strategy for PMICs, leading major blocks, supervising design, simulation and layout, and meeting performance targets. You will drive DFT, collaborate with test teams, document IP blocks, mentor engineers, and support RFQ

Qualifications

• Education: B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10+ years in analog design.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements to achieve system and design strategy for power management products.
• Technical leadership for major blocks, ensuring designs are produced via design, simulation and layout supervision.
• Own complex block design; delegate tasks and review work where necessary.
• Feasibility studies for new circuits; lead lab evaluation with Applications Engineers.
• Document IP blocks; drive innovation of design and methodologies.
• Support DFT strategy and implementation.
• Collaborate with test team to ramp to production; plan top-level simulation and verification.
• Coach and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Pursue personal development with team opportunities.
• Maintain customer-facing relationships on project teams.
• Support RFQ processes as needed.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as deemed by management.
