• Electronics Engineering or related degree required.
• Deep knowledge of CMOS power management circuits and market trends.
• Ability to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and work with multicultural groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle of analog and mixed‑signal blocks and PMIC products from spec to silicon verification.
• Act as global technical authority, provide architectural recommendations and mentorship.
• Define system requirements with customers and balance performance, area, and power constraints.
• Oversee high-level verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation for production readiness.
• Drive engineering methodology improvements across the organization.
• Support roadmap planning and ensure alignment with market trends and CMOS process evolution.
