Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Staff or Principal AMS Design Verification Engineer to lead the mixed-mode verification effort. You will define the co-simulation environment, develop models for co-simulation, and collaborate with analog and digital teams to verify complex SOCs, enabling scalable space systems.

This on-site role is based in San Diego or Renton, WA with a temporary remote option during Bay Area/San Diego site development; relocation is provided and travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in CMOS analog mixed-signal circuit design and verification.
• Proficient Verilog/SystemVerilog modeling of analog/mixed-signal circuits.
• Strong communication skills and U.S. citizenship or eligible status.

Responsibilities

• Define the co-simulation methodology and EDA infrastructure with analog and digital teams.
• Create Verilog/SystemVerilog test benches and behavioral models of analog and mixed-mode circuits.
• Develop methodologies for block- and chip-level mixed-mode verification.
• Support analog and digital teams during model bring-up and usage.
• Perform AMS simulations.
