Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in technical account management, service management, or customer success.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas ASM team across regional site portfolios and set KPIs.
• Oversee P&L, service projects, and maximize CSAT and NPS scores.
• Coordinate with regional sales, IT, and HQ engineering to ensure peak performance.
