Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks an experienced AML Quality Control Senior Analyst to conduct enterprise-wide QC reviews ensuring adherence to BSA/AML/OFAC and KYC requirements. You will operate under the FCC Quality Control Manager, performing independent QC testing and reporting results to address compliance findings.

The role includes preparing audit materials and guiding multiple business lines to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of BSA/AML/OFAC/Fraud Compliance experience with testing or audit focus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; related field preferred.
• Knowledge of FFIEC guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis for investigations.
• Experience with KYC, CIP, EDD, OFAC and Fraud controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QC reviews for policy and procedure compliance.
• Analyze and report QC results to address findings.
• Prepare materials for audits and regulatory exams.
• Provide direction to business units to achieve compliance.
• Escalate issues with clear documentation.
• Support management in developing updated procedures.
