Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior AML Quality Control Analyst to conduct enterprise-wide QC reviews ensuring alignment with BSA/AML/OFAC and KYC policies. The role involves independent testing of FCC processes, reporting findings, and preparing materials for audits and regulatory exams.

You will advise lines of business on complex issues, elevate items for resolution, and support development of procedures and forms related to KYC and AML functions.

Formación

• Five or more years of BSA/AML/OFAC/Fraud Compliance experience with a focus on testing or audit-related work.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
• CAMS Certification preferred (Senior Analysts must obtain within two years).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct QC testing of FCC processes for policy and procedure compliance and effectiveness.
• Communicate findings clearly in written reports and verbal discussions with management.
• Assist with audits, regulatory exams, and preparation of materials.
• Provide direction to business units to achieve compliance objectives and address exceptions.
• Independently validate corrective actions address applicable exceptions.
• Support management in developing new procedures, methods, and forms for KYC, AML, and related functions.
