Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations Analyst to join the KYC Operations Group. You will review and assess client information for AML risk for individuals and entities, ensuring proper data collection during onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle.

You will perform enhanced due diligence for higher-risk clients and document all steps meticulously. Work in a team-driven environment, collaborating with business partners to meet unit goals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of related experience in BSA/AML & Financial Crimes or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with banking operations and AML regulations is desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory obligations and industry standards is beneficial.

• Ensure proper information is collected and verified during onboarding and lifecycle reviews.
• Conduct independent research using internal systems and external tools to identify clients and risks.

• Collaborate with business partners across lines of business to meet goals.
• Provide support for KYC-related programs and assist with audits and examinations.
• Assist with special projects and data gathering for regulatory purposes.
