Western Union is seeking a Senior Specialist, AML Compliance to join the Financial Intelligence Unit in Denver. You will monitor and analyze potentially unusual money transfer patterns to mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing risks.

The role includes documenting analyses, data gathering, and collaborating across global FIU teams. The position requires office-based work at least three days per week in Denver, with a hybrid work model and visa sponsorship not available.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in Bank Secrecy Act, AML compliance, or related risk-based compliance.
• 1+ years of experience with open-source online tools.
• 1+ years of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AML trends and risks and ability to stay updated on product use and risks.
• Experience with SharePoint, Lexis Nexis or similar, Tableau, or Western Union systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze transactions from automated alerts to identify AML or related risks.
• Document and/or refer specific cases for further investigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global FIU teams and support projects.
• Participate in team huddles, problem-solving, training, and innovation efforts.
