Western Union is seeking a Manager, Law Enforcement and External Partnerships to strengthen collaboration with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and intelligence partners. You will lead external engagement, information sharing, and regulatory compliance initiatives within the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) to mitigate financial crime risks.

The role requires 5+ years in law enforcement/intelligence or AML/compliance, plus strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in law enforcement/intelligence or 5+ years in AML/compliance or related financial crime discipline.
• 3+ years supporting AML/Bank Secrecy Act or related programs.
• Experience managing subpoena processes and legal requests in regulated environments.
• Experience with financial services, payments, or fintech industries.
• Knowledge of AML, BSA, and counter-terrorist financing regulations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain partnerships with law enforcement, regulators, intelligence organizations, and industry groups.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners and represent FIU in information-sharing initiatives and investigations.
• Oversee subpoenas and legal requests in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor financial crime trends and support risk-based recommendations to leadership.
• Lead strategic intelligence projects and manage investigative reviews and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Investigations, Product, and Technology to elevate financial crime risk mitigation.
• Assist regulatory examinations, audits, and internal reviews with documentation and analysis.
• Improve processes and reporting for investigative workflows and information-sharing practices.
• Prepare management reports and insights on program performance and risks.
• Provide guidance to team members on law enforcement engagement and subpoena operations.
