UBS is seeking a strategic recruitment professional for our Americas team in New York. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, attend in-person meetings with senior leaders, and build strong candidate pipelines in Investment Banking – Equities Research.

In this Full Time role, you will screen and interview candidates, manage the candidate experience, leverage recruiting tools to improve efficiency, and stay ahead of industry

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a recruitment function, ideally in a search environment.
• Proven knowledge of Investment Banking – Equities Research recruitment.
• Ability to collaborate with HR departments including reward, HR business partners and onboarding.
• Strong relationship management and proactive, responsive communication skills.
• Ability to develop diverse recruitment strategies to exceed client expectations.
• Willingness to challenge traditional processes and embrace new technologies, including AI, with sound judgment.

The team

You will be part of a global Investment Banking team based in New York City. We're client focused and problem solvers for hiring managers, making recruiting easy to do business with and getting the right candidates at the right time for the right role.

Your Skills And Experience

• ideally 5+ years of experience within a recruitment function ideally having previously worked in a search environment
• proven experience and knowledge of the Investment Banking – Equities Research sector
• ability to collaborate with other HR departments including reward, HR business partners and onboarding
• strong relationship management skills and highly responsive and adaptive communication skills
• an ability to develop a diverse array of recruitment strategies in order to exceed client expectations
• a proven ability to positively challenge traditional processes, strategies and practices
• a progressive mindset with an interest in new technologies and an ability to execute
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - New York - New York min USD 128000 - max USD 160000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
