Job summary

UBS is seeking an experienced Banker to lead the Unified Global Banking (UGB) Coverage Banker team in New York, focusing on cross-divisional opportunities and referrals from Wealth Management Americas into Investment Banking.

The role requires 15-20+ years in investment banking, strong leadership and client relationship skills, and the ability to drive strategy and governance across pipelines and KPIs. Competitive compensation reflects seniority and market norms.

Qualifications

Significant experience (ideally 15-20+ yrs) including a proven track record of working on complex M&A and capital markets transactions.
Understanding of client coverage and/or coverage banker model, including resource allocation.
Demonstrated success (ideally 5+ yrs) leading teams of senior bankers.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team of regionally aligned Coverage Bankers, originating cross-divisional business opportunities.
Diligence and client meetings/conversations of referrals into the Investment Bank from Wealth Management Americas.
Articulate and present M&A, equity & debt capital-raising transactions to business owners and UBS Wealth Management Advisors.
Represent UBS Wealth Management capabilities to Investment Banking client relationships and key stakeholders.
Define strategy and track performance against group and regional KPIs.
