Qualifications

Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles.
Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage capital equipment procurement projects.
Ensure all tooling and equipment maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Own program metrics: capital equipment budgets, schedules, reliability, quality, labor targets.
Lead cross-functional teams and drive data-based decisions for project impact.
Mentor and develop junior team members and share knowledge within the department.
