Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital equipment procurement including specification development and supplier engagement.
• Own program metrics: budgets, schedule, reliability, quality, and labor targets.
• Lead 3P/Lean initiatives; ensure compatibility with value stream and standard work.
• Apply digital tools, including AI-assisted methods, to document and improve processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to department knowledge.
