- Experience leading NPI programs and managing capital equipment projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate capital equipment procurement including specification development and supplier engagement.
- Own program metrics: budgets, schedule, reliability, quality, and labor targets.
- Lead 3P/Lean initiatives; ensure compatibility with value stream and standard work.
- Apply digital tools, including AI-assisted methods, to document and improve processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to department knowledge.
