Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to inspire accountability.
• Develops vision for practice and executes plans.
• Experience in matrixed organization and influencing non-direct reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Direct, supervise, and coach front office staff.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and advanced computer applications.
• Experience managing a department budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and create a culture of accountability for acute care operations and safety.
• Make employment decisions including hiring, evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Support ancillary services such as HR and IS to enable efficient operations.
• Collaborate with physician leaders, nursing leadership, and executives to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Serve as strategic partner in day-to-day operations, onboarding, workforce planning, and productivity monitoring.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational performance across inpatient service lines.
• Plan and monitor budgets and ensure financial stewardship and cost control.
