Job summary

Southcoast Health in Wareham, MA seeks a Practice Administrator II to oversee a busy primary care practice with over 50 staff. You will manage daily operations, patient flow, provider coordination, budget, revenue, and compliance.

The role requires seven-plus years in a medical office with supervisory leadership; Associates degree preferred. EPIC experience is a plus, and candidates should demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• More than seven years of medical office practice experience required.
• More than seven years of supervisory/leadership experience in an ambulatory setting required.
• Certification in Physician Practice Management preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and strong customer service.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and prior EHR experience required.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow and daily operations for ambulatory practices with greater than 50 FTE staff.
• Position is responsible for overall practice operations for designated ambulatory practice locations including providers and support staff, strategy and development, budget, revenue, compliance, communication, quality and project management.
• Position reports to the Director of Operations or designee.
