Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Clinical Practice Administrator II to oversee a busy Primary Care practice in Wareham, MA. The role provides leadership for practice operations, directs staff, and ensures efficient workflows while upholding high standards of patient safety and care.

Under Care Center leadership, you will implement quality improvement, manage compliance with policies, and promote a collaborative, high-performing work environment across clinical teams and support staff.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience required in ambulatory settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
• Must possess highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and manage multiple priorities.
• Requires computer skills including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Current LPN licensure in MA and/or RI is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of Care Center leadership, manage the operations of assigned practice(s) in line with organizational strategy.
• Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel and practice workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice standards; implement and monitor workflows and lead quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Professional Development and training staff to onboard, educate, assess competency, and monitor clinical staff.
• Ensure operations and practice environment promote safe and high-quality patient care.
