Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience, preferably ambulatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
• Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able to manage multiple priorities.
• Requires computer skills including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of assigned primary care practice(s) in Wareham, MA.
• Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel and practice workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
• Implement and monitor workflows, lead performance improvement plans, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns.
• Collaborate with Professional Development and training staff to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff.
• Ensure operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care.
