Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, Inc. is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead two Primary Care practices in Natick and Wellesley, MA. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, staffing, and growth initiatives to enhance access and service expansion.

Onsite, 40 hours weekly, with a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of supervisory healthcare experience, strong leadership, and expertise in payroll, billing, and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• 5-7 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• 5-7 years experience in healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and staff development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day administrative performance of staff and schedules.
• Manages staffing needs, hires, orients, and evaluates staff.
• Ensures HIPAA policies and training are followed.
• Develops and implements administrative systems to improve operations.
• Prepares and tracks annual budgets with practice leaders.
• Manages payroll processes and resolves related issues.
• Monitors billing activity to ensure revenue procedures are followed.
