Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day administrative performance of staff and manages staff schedules.
• Evaluates staffing needs and coordinates replacement of staff.
• Performs hiring, orientation, and evaluation of staff.
• Administers corrective action when needed.
• Coaches and trains practice employees for development.
• Ensures mandatory training and HIPAA compliance by staff.
• Develops administrative systems to maximize operations and analyzes performance metrics.
• Collaborates on annual budgets with practice leadership.
• Oversees payroll and resolves payroll issues.
• Monitors patient billing activity to ensure revenue procedures compliance.
