Job summary

Snow is seeking a Senior Ambassador Manager to lead the Ambassador Services Team. You will oversee relationships with Ambassadors, plan and execute logistics for engagements, including travel, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting standards.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams while managing documentation and reporting in Salesforce. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license; passport may be needed.
• Familiar with FDA/FTC regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with ambassador programs and field events.

Responsibilities

• Manage ambassador relationships and event logistics.
• Coordinate travel, evaluations, and reporting in Salesforce.
• Provide coaching and training support for ambassadors.
• Monitor contract obligations and vendor communications.
