Job summary

Snow Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Ambassador Director to lead the Ambassador Management Team and oversee all ambassador-related functions. You will train and supervise Ambassador Managers, coordinate with multiple internal teams, and ensure the highest level of customer service for patients and caregivers.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic direction, and the ability to manage staffing and procedures while maintaining compliance with FDA-related guidelines and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience in a service or medical field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct day-to-day supervision of Ambassador Management Team.
• Adhere to standard processes and maintain attention to detail.
• Gauge workload of each team member and provide guidance on conflicts.
• Oversee Ambassador relationships to ensure high level of customer service.
• Ensure all Ambassador communications are documented within Salesforce.
