Job summary

Snow is seeking an Ambassador Manager to lead the Ambassador Services Team, overseeing Ambassador and patient/caregiver relations, contracts, travel logistics, and program reporting. The role collaborates with analytics, mentorship, and coaching teams to meet client objectives.

The Ambassador Manager will manage ambassador engagement, ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance, document in Salesforce, and coordinate with account and recruitment leaders to deliver high-quality patient ambassador programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license; passport may be necessary.
• In-office requirement: 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ambassador projects from start to finish, incl. contracting and travel.
• Maintain documentation in Salesforce and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with accounts, clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA and privacy policies.
