Job summary

Philips in Stamford, CT is seeking an Amazon E‑Commerce Senior Manager to lead the PH North America Amazon strategy and plan in line with the Personal Health vision. You will collaborate with Regional Business Units, MarComm, Amazon Sales and the Agency team to deliver a full 360 Amazon ecosystem.

You will own the creation and execution of paid and organic Amazon programs, translate briefs into activation plans, oversee content (PDPs, brand store, ads), and drive media strategy to meet KPI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 8+ years of experience in CPG media management with Amazon experience.
• Proven record of media activation plans and results on Amazon and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
• Strong ability to build and sustain strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own creation and implementation of PH NAR Amazon 360 strategic plan (paid + organic).
• Translate business briefs into activation briefs for Amazon and connect activation to sales plans.
• Oversee all Amazon content needs (PDPs, brand store, paid content).
• Oversee implementation of media strategy plans for Amazon and ensure performance vs. KPI.
• Develop media strategy briefs and KPIs to deliver on national business and customer priorities.
• Monitor Amazon market share, Share of Voice, and Sales & Profit objectives; optimize plans accordingly.
