Job summary

Philips is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Shelf Excellence Manager for Walmart to own Walmart.com performance across Philips Personal Health categories, focusing on content quality, search visibility, conversion, and availability. You will lead content excellence, syndication, and PDP optimization using centralized tools and shape the category strategy on Walmart.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital shelf optimization, content management, or retailer.com execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Walmart.com digital shelf performance across Philips Personal Health categories, including content quality, search visibility, conversion, and availability.
• Lead content excellence and syndication using centralized tools and frameworks and set the strategic roadmap for category presence on Walmart.com.
• Measure and act on digital shelf KPIs, translate data into prioritized actions, and optimize PDPs, testing, and SEO/GEO visibility.
• Execute digital merchandising, launches, promotions, and end-to-end Walmart.com product launches with cross‑functional coordination.
• Manage 3P marketplace performance and brand protection while collaborating with National Account Managers, Marketing and Syndication.
