Job summary

Front Row Group in New York City seeks a Sr. E-Commerce Operations Specialist to own the Amazon accounts for Health, Wellness, Beauty, and CPG brands.

You will manage day-to-day health, listings, feeds, fulfillment coordination, and brand protection as the primary ops contact across internal teams and Amazon support. You’ll collaborate with Media, Creative, Supply Chain, Brand Management, and Technology teams to keep brands running cleanly and growing efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central operations experience.
• Fluency with flat files, listing feeds, and catalog tools.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, macros).
• Experience with Asana and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of FBA and reimbursement workflows is preferred.
• Experience with IP/trademark management and Brand Registry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of Amazon accounts across multiple brands.
• Manage account health, listing accuracy, feed management, and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Amazon support to triage issues.
• Lead catalog creation, image uploads, and initial listing audits.
• Monitor IP protection, brand registry, and unauthorized sellers.
• Collaborate with Media, Creative, Supply Chain, and Brand Management.
