Job summary

Caylent, Inc is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect specializing in Amazon Connect to partner with sales teams and enterprise clients. This fully remote role requires deep Amazon Connect expertise, broad AWS knowledge, and a proven ability to act as a trusted advisor.

You will lead architecture discussions, develop proofs-of-concept, and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and AWS Well-Architected principles.

Qualifications

• Deep Amazon Connect expertise and broad AWS knowledge.
• Ability to act as trusted advisor to executives at client organizations.
• Experience in pre-sales and solution design to map requirements to architecture.
• Translate client challenges into actionable technical solutions and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements and architecture sessions for CX solutions on AWS.
• Create proposals, solution designs and statements of work.
• Develop proofs-of-concept to demonstrate value of Connect features and AI integrations.
• Stay current with AWS services, Amazon Connect roadmap and CX trends.
