This role manages alumni email communications, coordinates virtual events and livestreams, and leverages digital platforms to boost participation in programs, events, and volunteer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of related work experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and outreach for in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs, including promotion, registration, attendee communications, livestream support, and post-event engagement.
• Manage and optimize alumni-focused digital platforms and engagement tools.
• Coordinate alumni-focused email communications to promote events and volunteer opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate alumni priorities into broader communications strategies.
• Use data and engagement metrics to inform strategy and improve outreach.
