AEI Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior CAD Technician / ALTA Survey Specialist to join our Survey division in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on producing ALTA/Boundary surveys, calculating legal descriptions, and coordinating with field staff and disciplines.

You will lead CAD technicians, ensure accuracy, and manage client revisions while maintaining quality and timelines across projects in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High level ALTA/NSPS land title survey knowledge is required.
• Experience leading CAD technicians and coordinating drawings across disciplines.
• Proficient in Excel and integrating with AutoCAD/GIS as needed.

• Perform legal description calculations for field staff.
• Read and interpret title commitments and exceptions.
