Job summary

KCW Engineering Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Survey Technician with 10+ years of experience to work with a Professional Land Surveyor.

Responsibilities include preparing topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction stakeouts, and using Civil 3D to create drawings from field data collected by technicians. The role requires strong leadership of field crews, ability to manage project scopes and budgets, and close collaboration with planners, project managers and engineers in the Baltimore

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of survey experience.
• MD driver’s license.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be able to read cursive.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of survey tasks.
• Prepare topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys and stakeouts.
• Use Civil 3D to prepare drawings and maps from field data.
• Manage junior survey technicians and field crews.
• Communicate with team, supervisors, and clients.
• QC/QA on survey deliverables.
