Job summary

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, seeks an Alliance Manager to oversee pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drive contract execution and account growth, and ensure alliance governance. The role is 100% remote with a long-term contract; pay is $60–$70/hr on W2 with medical, dental, vision, paid sick leave, and 401K benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, or diagnostics.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint business objectives.
Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating projects.
Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance activities.
Monitor alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
Resolve partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
