Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military forces. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, U.S.

citizenship, and 8+ years of experience in all-source analysis. Responsibilities include producing strategic assessments and delivering high-quality briefings for policymakers, with an on-site work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Experience with the MIDB or the MARS systems.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide production that study complexity of adversarial systems.
• Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.
