Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to perform all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

This onsite role in Washington, D.C. requires U.S. citizenship and willingness to undergo a polygraph; you will deliver high-quality written products and briefings tailored to senior policymakers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Experience with MIDB or MARS.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Provide production that study complexity of adversarial systems.
• Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.
