Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities. You will deliver strategic analyses and products supporting foreign countries’ military capabilities across multiple sectors.

The role requires 8+ years in all-source analysis (or 12+ years in lieu of a degree), TS/SCI willingness for polygraph, and ability to tailor high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers and defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide production that studies complexity of adversarial systems.
• Using all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, and formats, produce strategic-level assessments addressing the MILCAP problem set.
