Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to perform all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities. The analyst will produce assessments and briefs for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in all-source analysis or 7+ years without a degree; experience with MIDB/MARS; knowledge of IC/Combatant Command environments; willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis experience; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Familiarity with MIDB or MARS repositories.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Provide production that studies complexity of adversarial systems.
• Produce strategic-level assessments addressing MILCAP topic areas and trends.
