Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military. Roles include producing assessments and briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

The candidate will analyze adversarial systems, apply MILCAP tradecraft, and deliver high-quality written products. TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in all-source analysis.
• Experience with MIDB or MARS.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide production that study complexity of adversarial systems and trends.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing MILCAP problem sets.
