Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior Level All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military development across basic, strategic, and industrial sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of all-source experience or 12+ years without a degree, MIDB/MARS experience, and familiarity with IC environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of all-source analysis experience, or 12+ years without a degree.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments, ability to deliver high-quality briefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide production that studies complexity of adversarial systems.
• Produce strategic-level assessments addressing MILCAP with focus on developments and trends.
• Develop deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.
