Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's military across basic, strategic, and industrial sectors.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, experience with complex systems, and delivering high-quality written products and briefings for senior policymakers within IC/Combatant Command environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of all-source analysis, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
• 3+ years as an all-source military capabilities analyst.
• Knowledge of conventional weapon systems.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide production that study complexity of adversarial systems.
• Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set.
