Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to serve as a key advisor to client and internal leadership. The role focuses on intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting with responsibilities for programmatic development, quality control, and mentoring of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators.

The ideal candidate will conduct all-source analysis across CT/VEO, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, and targeting support, while ensuring the

Qualifications

• Six years of all-source intelligence experience required, with four years at the operational level.
• Experience delivering intelligence briefings at high ranks (LT COL / GS-14 or higher).
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and present intelligence products for senior leaders and staff.
• Perform all-source analysis and coordinate with IC counterparts to ensure collaboration.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and GSOC operators.
• Ensure quality control of intelligence products and meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required.
• Deploy to hazardous duty zones on a no-notice basis if needed.
