Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to serve as a key advisor to client and internal leadership. You will lead intelligence analysis, production, and mentorship of Analysts and GSOC Operators to deliver actionable products aligned with client needs.

The role requires senior-level expertise, with readiness to deploy and maintain 24/7 situational awareness across operational areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Proficiency with current all-source analytic techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at senior levels (O-5/GS-14 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and present intelligence products for senior leaders and staff.
• Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production for SOF operations.
• Lead and mentor Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators; ensure quality and timely outputs.
