Job summary

CGS is seeking a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Senior to serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will mentor Analysts and GSOC Operators, ensure actionable products, and maintain situational awareness across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years as an all-source intelligence analyst with DoD or equivalent.
• Experience preparing and delivering briefings at senior levels (O-5/GS-14+).
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Proficient in all-source analytic techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and present intelligence products for senior leaders and staff.
• Perform all-source analysis and coordinate with IC counterparts for collaboration.
• Provide production support to CT/ regional analyses and targeting efforts.
• Direct analytic teams to identify trends and ensure product quality.
• Mentor Analysts and GSOC Operators; oversee programmatic development and QA.
