Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Intelligence Analyst Trainer to conduct training for individuals and small groups with diverse intelligence backgrounds, introducing custom analytic tools and their use in targeting and analytics including F3EAD. The role supports program development, maintenance of instruction, and coordination of annual training requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in intelligence operations, strong briefing skills, and active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Experience to conduct training for individuals and small groups with varied intelligence backgrounds to introduce analytical tools and apply F3EAD targeting.
• Proficient in current intelligence automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytics and product development.
• Advanced F3EAD knowledge, nodal analysis, and ability to utilize targeting processes.
• Strong briefing skills and experience in Regional, Geo-Political, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for individuals and small groups with diverse skill sets to introduce custom analytic tools and their F3EAD application.
• Develop, evolve, and maintain internal and external instruction programs; coordinate annual training requirements.
• Collaborate to identify and facilitate training opportunities for organization personnel.
