Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Subject Matter Expert to support senior leaders and clients with comprehensive intelligence products. The role emphasizes collaboration across divisions, program development, and mentorship of junior staff, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence for critical decision making.

The candidate will produce formal and informal briefings, maintain operational awareness, and contribute to 24/7 readiness

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of all-source intelligence experience at senior levels.
• Experience supporting USSOCOM SOF or national intelligence agencies preferred.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and present operational-level intelligence for senior leaders and staff.
• Oversee quality control and mentorship of junior analysts and GSOC Operators.
• Lead analytical teams to identify trends and provide actionable reporting to customers.
