Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Senior to support senior leaders and clients with expert intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. You will mentor analysts, manage quality control, and ensure actionable products aligned with client needs, with potential 24/7 rotational support.

The role emphasizes operational and tactical intelligence across CT/VEO, CWMD, and crisis response, interfacing with Combatant Command and IC counterparts

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent government agencies, with four years at the operational level.
• Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at senior levels (Lt Col/O-5 or GS-14 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders and staff.
• Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production; interface with IC counterparts for collaboration and situational awareness.
• Lead quality control and mentorship of intelligence analysts and GSOC Operators.
• Direct the analytical team to identify trends and produce actionable intelligence for customer requirements.
• Interface with other intelligence organizations to prepare teams for targeting and threat analysis.
• Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces.
