Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer Architect to help design and implement real-time, omnichannel customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. Qualifications

• Required: 3+ years implementing AJO including orchestration, triggers, actions and offers.
• Required: 2+ years configuring AJO channels (email, SMS, push, in-app) incl. email subdomains and IP warming.
• Required: 2+ years working with AEP (XDM schemas, RT-CDP, CJA) for unified profiles and activation.
• Required: 2+ years handling external data sources, custom events/actions in AJO.
• Required: 5+ years in customer data/marketing tech with API-first config, Git, CI/CD, runbooks.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical journey designs.
• Willingness to travel ~50% as needed.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer with triggers, actions, messages and orchestration logic.
• Building rules and conditional logic for complex, real-time journeys based on attributes and behavior.
• Configuring AJO channels and related infrastructure (email, SMS, push, in-app) including subdomains and IP strategies.
• Integrating AJO with AEP ecosystem (RT-CDP, CJA) for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement.
• Implementing AJO-D and Offer Decisioning with collections, placements and eligibility rules for personalization.
• Leading delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud, third-party systems, and client stakeholders during implementation and pre-sales.
