Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including RT-CDP and CJA.
• 5+ years in customer data or marketing technology with API-first config and CI/CD.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical journey designs.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Build rules and conditional logic for multi-step journeys based on attributes and real-time events.
• Configure AJO channel surfaces and IP warming strategies.
• Integrate AJO with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement.
• Implement Journey Optimizer Decisioning (AJO-D) and Offer Decisioning for real-time personalization.
• Lead integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client teams.
