Job summary

Daifuku is seeking a maintenance technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on baggage handling systems and passenger boarding bridges at the airport environment. The role includes troubleshooting, repairing, and leading junior staff while ensuring safety and compliance with all policies.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in mechanical or electrical work, with strong computer skills and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical or electrical experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with conveyors and passenger boarding bridges preferred.
• Read/interpret repair manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on BHS and passenger boarding bridges.
• Diagnose equipment failures and ensure safe operation.
• Mentor and direct maintenance personnel; may lead in absence of senior staff.
• Read repair manuals and schematics and follow supervisor instructions.
• Maintain safety training and compliance with company policies.
